Street Art Style: Graffiti Bracelet Class

My new Graffiti Bracelet class was just released. It is a real fun class and I show you how to make a bold show-stopping bangle complete with graffiti-inspired letters featuring colourful canes that look like they were just tagged with a few cans of spray paint.

Diese Frau ist phantastisch!!! Ich habe noch nie von Lach Yoga gehört, aber wenn man diese Video anschaut, kann man einfach nicht ernst oder grumpelig bleiben....;-)

Since we are talking about health issues (a big thing for me right now!), one other thing to think about is sitting! We all do it, often all day long ... and it is really bad for you!

Da wir gerade bei Gesundheitsthemen sind (und das ist für mich echt grade eine großes Thema!), sollten wir auch mal über Sitzen sprechen! Wir alle sitzen, viel zu lang, oft den ganzen Tag .... und es ist ziemlich schlecht für uns!

Another thing is: what we eat! I have changed my diet, because of health issues and now I try to find good reciepes to suit my new eating requirements. So I often stumple over wonderful ideas! One thing I really like to try out is green smoothies, like this one (posted on modish´s blog):

Was auch sehr wichtig ist, ist was wir essen. Ich habe aus gesundheitlichen Gründen mein Essverhalten komplett umgestellt und nun bin ich immer auf der Suche nach neuen Rezepten, die meinen Anforderungen entsprechen.
