I made a new needle case for my crochet needles. Closed - half open and open. I love those little flowers...;-)

This is a new tip in I made in the All my senses series I am working on for ABEurope. It it the "to See" one I made for Laurina.....hope she likes it....the eyes are kind of spucky..;-)

Since I had seen some amigurumis on flickr I wanted to try to make one, too. I could not find a good patter at first, but this one I liked! And my daughter,too! It still is a bit crucked, but I think I will get in there with a bit of practice. But the next one will definitely be a bit bigger. Miffy sitting in an egg cup...;-)

To try out my new sewing machine I did this easy sewing project: a new curtain for the kitchen! I always wanted something to hide the tubes under the sink....;-) The boarder is from some old tea towels I had saved.

a spread and a tip in

On Friday I have finished this spread in Karinas Mini book and sent in off to Glynis. Today I finished the all my senses Tip In - hear also for Karina ...and sent it off. Unfortunalety I will not have much time the next couple of days since I have to work overtime ( or rather do some hours I have not done in July...;-(( ). oh well.....

new design

my blogs template always had a fault and all my links and other informatin disapeared with a sidebar slipping at the very bootom...so I finaly decided to chose a new design.... and I think it was a good move!!! ;-)

The post office will ruin me!!

Today I managed to get some more work done....I am still behind with everything and hope I will not anoy anyone with beeing so late with my work. These are four new ATCs that I have made for trading with people I am intressed to trade with....I hope they will like them and pick the ones they like.

This is a spread I ( finaly) did in Dorothies HMM Travel Journal and sent it off today. I also had a pack with swap things for Bersi from flickr...and sending both things cost me Euro 28!!! The post office will be my ruin one of these days! I think I have to reduce sending big things out side of Europe! ATCs are okay but anything else is either very slow or costs a fortune!!!

I got a new sewing mashine!!

my old one is 40 years old!!! and can do little more than staight stiches...so I thought its time to get a new one. And I found a quite resonalble offer...so Itreated myself with this beauty. And I cant wait to try it out!!

Back from my holidays

....and trying to get back to normal. In the first week we had 12 !!! differnet visitors, most staying overnight and in different combinations! And I had not even completely unpacked all my things from our holidays when the first ones arrived!

While beeing in Portugal I collected this wonderful book cover made by Tania and I made a little evening bag. I have not done any crochet for a long time so I am quite happy with the result!

And one of the many breads I made to feed all the hungry people going in and out this week...;-)
